• Share with us what area you are looking to move into and what attracted you to that community. 
• Have a predetermined price range. This should be based on loan pre-approval from you lender.
• If you have a home to sell, have your Realtor prepare a market valuation for you giving you price range your property is expected to sell in, along with an Estimated Sellers Net Sheet showing you the expected expenses, mortgage payoff, and net proceeds for you to use in making your move.
• What date would you want this move to happen or time frame if flexible.
• Share with us how in your household, do you have children and/pets to consider when relocating?
